Hi, I’m Luna (any/all).
I’m a therapist specializing in supporting first- and second-generation immigrants as they navigate identity, relationships, and the pressures of work and family life. Many of my clients are highly sensitive or people pleasers who come to therapy to learn how to set boundaries, recover from burnout, and feel more at home in themselves.
My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian principles (archetypes, dreamwork, active imagination), and Somatic Art Therapy. I create a safe, collaborative space where we can process the past, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more meaningful and grounded life.
I often work with people in life transitions, such as separation, aging, illness or disability, as well as those experiencing depression, sexual trauma, chronic health challenges, career burnout, or family conflict. Much of my work involves a deep dive into family dynamics, with the goal of healing from intergenerational and relational trauma.
As someone with a multicultural background, I also support clients facing racism, discrimination, and immigration-related stress. In addition to individual work, I offer therapy for couples and neurodivergent families.
